Amplified Audio Sdn Bhd aka AmplifiedHead.com is a retailer (re-seller) of the items that are on our catalogue. As such we are not the manufacturers of these products.

Therefore, as much as we strive to provide the best description and related information of the products available, we have no control of the quality and on the end user satisfaction guarantee of the items sold at our webstore. Hence, we do not have a return policy based on satisfaction, change of mind and/or dislike.

However, we do offer an exchange and replacement option to all our customers. In an event the item purchased is defective upon arrival, we honor the warranty period offered by the manufacturer of the said product. In such a case, please contact us within the stipulated warranty period and we’ll make the necessary queries with the supplier for a possible replacement or an exchange.

Replacement of defective product is the discretion and responsibility of the manufacturer. You can also contact them directly for any inquiry about the defect and possible repair/replacement.

Amplified Armature offers the coordination of such correspondence for you if you wish – at no cost. In addition, all manufacturers of audio gear listed on our catalogue are of good repute and they readily extend warranty periods for their brands.

Return Procedure

Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as a defect is detected on a newly purchased product from AmplifiedHead.com. Although we strictly do not practice a ‘return for cash refund’ policy, we always extend the best after sales service and assistance for your purchased product.

On our part, we can immediately issue replacements or exchange (subject to stock availability). Here are the common scenarios where we offer instant exchange or replacement:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Damaged during transit (shipper handling)
  • Stock depletion after order made (non-fulfillment)

All returns must be in good condition inclusive of original packaging and purchase receipt. We regretfully decline replacement or exchange if signs of use or deliberate mishandling is evident.

Once we have received your returned purchase we then send the defective item to the manufacturer or the local supplier for an evaluation. We will contact you thereupon on the outcome of the defect inspection.

The duration for this process varies; depending on the location of the manufacturer and local supplier’s capacity to negotiate a favorable outcome. It can be as quick as 7 days to as long as 90 days or more. Thus your patience is highly appreciated.
