Amplified; the Headphones Store is the authorised reseller of the items that you see in our catalogue.

We aim to provide accurate description, stock status and product specifications always. We do not accept return of sold goods for cash refund. On th other hand, we are open to discuss exchange for equal or higher valued items where necessary – subject to availability.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

In an event the item purchased is defective upon arrival, we honor the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the said product. In such a case, please contact us and we will do the warranty claims for you for a replacement.

Warranty Claim

Customers are urged to contact us as soon as a defect is detected withing the stipulated warranty period. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we offer 1 for 1 replacements during the warranty period – where applicable.

All returns must be in good condition inclusive of original packaging and purchase receipt. We regretfully decline replacement or exchange where signs of mishandling is evident.

We send the defective item to the manufacturer/distributor for an evaluation. We will contact you thereupon, on the warranty claim outcome.

The duration for the warranty claim process varies; depending on the brand principal and their geographical location. It can be as quick as 7 days to as long as 90 days or more. Thus, your patience is highly appreciated.
